今日は私が指導している「開平生涯学習ルームの太極拳教室」の稽古納めの日でした。
今年の５月から開始したこの教室ですが、生徒が月を追うごとに増えていき現在では「16人」（登録）の大人や子どもがワイワイガヤガヤと太極拳を通して汗をかいています。
そして、今年は初年度とはいえ初めての体験「演武」も行いました。
これは本当に良い体験でした。出来の良し悪しは関係なく、何事も経験することの大切さをこの「演武」で経験できました。
さぁ来る来年にはどの様なことが体験できるか楽しみです。
