それは「太極拳」です。
今日はそのお話です。
皆さんは、太極拳をやったことあります？いや見たことあります？
太極拳と聞いてまず頭に浮かぶのが「早朝・公園・お年よりｅｔｃ」他にもいろいろとあるでしょうが、大多数の人がこのようなイメージを持っていると思います。ひどい人になると「お年寄りしかやってはいけない踊り」という答えが返ってきました。
ここではそんな誤ったイメージや間違った情報を整理していきたいと思っています。
ちなみに私は太極拳を数年かじっている者です。これから私の持っている太極拳に関する情報や、皆さんが持っている情報などをここで交換しあえたらいいなと思いこのカテゴリーを作成しました。
本当に深い情報交換ができればいいなと思っています。
