１０月１０日（金）の大阪日日新聞に「華円鳥取バーガー大山」関連の記事が掲載されました。
この「大山」は、大阪バーガー華円と鳥取県がコラボで開発した鳥取バーガー第２作目の商品です。
　この商品は鳥取県西部に位置する「大山」をイメージし製作しました。メインの具材には大山鳥を使用。その他には地元で栽培されているブロッコリーの茎の部分を使用しています。このブロッコリーの茎は地元では廃棄物として扱われており、なんとか利用できないものかとの提案で採用し、この「大山」では主要な具材として利用しています。そして、同じく大山で作られている黒いもちもアクセントとして使用しております。
味付けには同じく大山で生産されている「さんしょ味噌」を手を加えて使用しています。

　全体的に何か懐かしく雄大な「大山」を思い描けるこのとできる風合いをかもし出しています。
この商品は１０月１２日（日）に大阪御堂筋界隈で行われえる「御堂筋Ｋａａｐｏ」にて販売いたします。当日は「白兎（はくと）」「大山（だいせん）」ともに販売し、１個５００円で各５０個限定にて提供いたします。
